2009 Felt TK2 Track Bike... not bad!

Doesn’t look bad at all for $2099.00

-SRAM Omnium crankset
-40mm deep rims (B43’s eat your heart out)
-Dropouts have been improved significantly from the previous versions of this bike
-Looks to be stiffer from the beefy tubing
-Like most Felt’s, the welding quality is a bit dodgy, but it’s great bang for buck IMO.

New street bike?!?

Except it still has the shity flexy seat stays.

+1 Just add risers and pedals.

But seat stays don’t need to be huge, do they?
I mean, look at the Cervelo R3 SL

If you want a bike for track I might be able to get you a “really” good deal on an S-Works Langster frame like this. . .

. . . and you could build it up like this. Good enough to win the American track championships last year.

i’ve been thinking about the TK3 as a street ride. anyone ridden one?

Thanks heatseeker, but this is what my current track bike is doing at the moment:

Yes, jack shit… :expressionless:
Need to get back on the track soon!

The Specialized are NICE though :sunglasses:

Got 61cm?

your seat looks comfortable where did you get it?

Yes one. There is one of each of the following sizes left, 52, 54, 56, 58 and 62. There are no black ones left only the 2009 colour which is this:

S-Works Langster Track Frameset
EXPERIENCE: TRACK RACING

Think You’re Up To It?
Boiled down to the essential, the Langster is a distilled expression of speed and power. The first time you drop down the banking in the third corner and punch it around to the finish line is right up there with getting your first kiss and dumping the clutch in a '69 Road Runner. So we made the Langster with its Columbus tube E5 Advanced Alloy frame and FACT carbon fork the most pure expression of speed and power we could imagine. Think you’re up to it?

Please be aware that usual retail on this frame and fork is $1950 but you could be looking at at least 50% off depending on your negotiation skills.

PM for more details.

Sounds like a good deal- you on good terms with Total Rush or something?

The S-Works uses Columbus Airplane tubing- correct?

Yeh. I’m pretty sure it IS the same frame as your Cinelli but I could be wrong because it does look different.

That dudes got the exact FELT for sale for $1600. Pretty much brand spanking!

The Felt track bikes are very tidy. The TK3 is a pretty good deal for the price. It’d look trick as hell with some riser bars. I haven’t had much of a turn on one, but the geo felt pretty sweet.

Just be aware that the tubing is pretty light weight.
