As impressive as Terpstra was I reckon Mads Pedersen gets ride of the day. Early break then brutally stuck in no mans land for what felt like forever to hold on for second place.

So Froomedog comes good on the Zoncolan. But only 6 seconds on Yater (now the official nickname because Yato or Yaty just doesn’t work). Dumo was 37s back, so unless Yater does a TJVG and collapses in the last week, he’s looking good.
