Sweet chilli and ketjap manis (the cheap ABC brand is just as good as Conimex).
ketjap manis is also good with pasta and cream.
do you want a sauce for the meat, or one to eat with the meat? there’s two types that you can eat with the meat, a thicker sauce, or nuoc mam based.
the basics come down to a balance of lemon and sugar, if you want you can try some tamarind paste diluted with hot water so that gives you this different sourness. Add palm sugar for a slightly nice taste as well.
In regards to something straight out of a bottle? i have nfi, we just make it (ie my mum)

well i ended up reading some forums elswhere (felt guilty) and found out that the AUTHENTIC asian way is to use pinapple juice, sugar, tomato sauce and cornflour to thicken the mixture… pretty much a reduction process and the tomato sauce adds a bit of flavour and mostly colour to it alll…
