so what are peoples thoughts about gearing for these events? flying 200, the time trial is over 1 kilometre, and the pursuit is, as far as i know, over 3km, scratch and points.
i’m going to run what i usually run, 91.8, in the scratch and points, up to 96 for the flying 200, 94 for the kilo and TT.
also, i have tt extensions set up with bullhorns that i’ve ridden on the road, but not on the track, pretty keen to get on them because they are rad and comfy and awesome, anything to be weary of with them on the track? they gonna feel bonkers first time out?

Massive day of racing. Got down there at 2pm, only just got home now. So results are in… Dave and Jessie DNF’d by leaving after race 3, Jessie because he had some legit asthma, Dave because he’s soft. I managed 3rd place in Masters B. Scott and Shirts managed 1st and 2nd respectively in Elite B. Well done all and thanks to the massive supporter base that came down to cheer us on!

AWESOME. such a rad day. antmandan reppin masters, elite b dominated also, could have gone towards a 1-2-3 if potato dave and jesseppi had of stuck it out, ah well, and big thanks to the girls, boys, and babies,who all came down and cheered us on, i’d forgaotten how drawn out some of these events can get, can’t wait for more racing, rocky cup on wheels? bundy track carnival? KLIFGT? Victorian christmas carnival? shit yeah!

Was a brilliant day/night out - would have been pretty painfully long if the FOA support/heckler crew weren’t out there so cheers to everyone who came out.
