Those bikes are crazy light the former voodoo importor told me he would sit on the back of road bunches on beach road on his. Besides the paint job they would make good townie’s.
i see it ,you could chuck a pair of those salsa wood chiper bars , end shifters and keep the rise moderate in the stem department. would need a coat of matt black though that paint work is soooo florida 87’

I saw a Dolan track frame last year, that bloke that was over from Scotland or whatever brought his over. It was the cheapy one, and the decals were horrible. The welding was really shithouse looking too, but solid. Just really cheap in appearance. But he reckons it rode good like.
Old Dolans were great… then they sold the name (i think) and now everything is cheap and crappy looking. they have a cheap version of most frame types on UK ebay (and it clutters up my searches )
