looks rad. I really like the B43 rear/ Deep V front combo.

Looks rad. I don’t like the machined braking surface on the front rim, but that’s just me. I sure do like those Cinelli MASH frames though.

You have a pretty fuck-off collection of bikes now don’t you?

like it, there is a B43 sticker on the front is that just for looks.

awesome - how was the brake mounted? i seem to remember the forks were undrilled but I could be wrong?

Very nice ride. Makes me want to get mine sorted even quicker!

Yeah, they are non drilled but have a pilot hole from behind to drill it out.

Yeah, I hate mis-matched shit

.I’m not to keen on the msw front either but i’d rather that then having a patchy worn off anodized rim later down the track, and a B43 on the front will look like the standard build that Cinelli put out with the Hplus :expressionless: rims on

I hope “fuck-off” means good…?
That’s what happen’s when an engine builder fucks you around for 12 months, you loose interest in one thing and turn to another interest

Yeah, I mean fuck-off as in good (and lots).

Mmmmmmmmmmm carbon :stuck_out_tongue:
Cool build.
i want that brake leaver on those bars so bad!

Where did you buy the frame goose?

I have contacts in the right places.

right. so you know some people, who know some people, who robbed some people? :stuck_out_tongue:

Or just the importer.

i like paulx version better

this looks tight!! how much does it weigh?

I have the same combo wheelset and i always look at my front wheel wishing i didn’t get the MSW, but i suppose you’d know a thing or two about the velovity wheels.

yuck… sorry

its rad man.

tell me more about this 12 month engine build??

lunched a simple big end bearing.
Got machine shop to repair damaged internals.
Got machine shop to crank the compression up, by
machining the heads down 35thou.
Machine shop chronie machined 35th off the block instead.

I assembled it, Pistons now smack the valves.

Engine dissassembled to machine 35thou back off the pistons.

Engine re-assembled, Valves bent from hitting pistons.

Heads off,new valves installed.

Heads on, timing set, 2nd gear up the street valve head drops off valve stem.

Now im left with this.

13 months down, bit of $$ out of pocket, and with less parts then I started with,
because some bone head machined 35thou off something they shouldnt.
Over it! Bikes are my friend now.
And its gunna be ready 2 months ago.

nasty man. thats the good thing about bikes, it’ll never cost you that much time and $$$!

but why does it make a difference (in terms of interference) if you take 35thou off the head or off the block?

coz the pistons where 0 thou deck height flat with the block. now the pistons were 35thou above the block smacking the valves in the chamber, instead of releiving the pistons for the valve clearance. The pistons have a 5cc dish in em, enough clearance to bring em down 35 thou.
