So by the looks of things we’re going to do a screening of Macaframa at a pub in Adelaide. I just received a proper copy of the DVD this week. I tried contacting the Macaframa dudes to get permission to do the screening (just in case the pub wants it), but no word from them yet. Is it really worth getting it?
as long as you dont charge an entry fee/exploit profits that the macaframa guys could make. i dont see why not?

in practical terms its not going to matter. in strict legal terms you will be breaching copyright just by showing it in public. “public performance”
