For you…? One million dollars!
Actually, you can have the idea that I possibly stole from someone else. I’d love to see it used in a race.

chazhutton: JLN not ZLTN:I remember reading about an alleycat that involved having to catch a train between cities (or possibly states) in the US. There were checkpoints in both cities, and I’m pretty sure the end was in the same city as the start. If you missed the train, there’d be an hour wait for the next one.
If I’m making this up, I copyright the idea (although I do remember seeing a photo of someone trackstanding on the train).
how much for the copyright? Melbourne to Geelong would be perfect for that.

It’ll be called JLN not ZLTN’s Geelong checkpoint. (this ain’t happening for this Fix Up, but it will happen… eventually)

Given that I’ve never heard of Shellac / Big Black Records, I suddenly don’t feel worthy of it anymore anyway - all yours xbx.
Hey Chaz, here’s a heads up.
Steve Albini (pronounced /ælˈbiːni/; born July 22, 1961) is an American musician, record producer, audio engineer and music journalist. He was a member of Big Black, Rapeman and Flour, and is a member of Shellac. He is the founder, owner and principal engineer of Electrical Audio, a recording studio complex in Chicago. In 2018, Albini estimated that he had worked on several thousand albums over his career. He has worked with acts such as Nirvana, Pixies, the Breeders, PJ Harvey, and former Alb...
I’ll allow Rapeman as well.

UPDATE: PS, that photo on wikipedia with Ani DiFranco and RZA is a classic. can only imagine the discussion. (unless, JLN, you have a bootleg download of it, pressed to 78rpm shellac? it wouldn’t surprise me :-P)

Sorry.
Seeing as last time Chaz benfitted from my super quick tyre changing skillz, i will roam the streets fixing flats, rather than racing in a mediocre way as is tradition for me.
