I twisted my knee pretty good at Falls (ha) Creek last week. Not looking forward to the roller coaster saga of getting it fixed. Still yet to see a doctor.

6 week update!
physio is stoked with progress & really happy with my quad strength after I had lost a fair bit before he upped the exercises 4 weeks ago. started weight bearing today by walking with two forearm crutches, feels pretty good albeit very weak. have walked a fair bit today & now any weight on it & my whole leg shakes uncontrollably. kinda funny to watch!
two forearm crutches for the next 10 days then hopefully only a week with one (initial estimate was 6 wks!) before switching to a cane. will try to get a badass one obviously.
so things are goin well 
oh, and the wound from the hamstring graft only just started to heal properly after beaker’s wife cut out the stitch knot that was hangin out of it!! eeeeeeeeeeewwww :eek:
