Why?
Thin alloy tubes bonded into lugs makes a very light but not very stiff frame if you have climbed on a vitus or a Alan you will know what I mean. If you are a 65 kg or lower it may not be so much.

I’m well over 65kg’s and very much enjoy climbing on my Vitus. In comparison most oversized carbon or steel frames just feel dead, in fact unwilling is a more apt description. The Vitus seems to work with me.
