I’ve got gatorade (plenty of electrolytes), and not drinking beer tonight, but thanks mate - v kind. I think the main reason I cramped last time was because I was drinking the night before.
I’ve got no rain jacket, hence reluctance to ride in wet (wet + cold = no fun). I’ve been riding in the wet all week and frankly it’s not that appealing to do it on the weekend too.
