^ like the all black ones
I’d go the camo kit. Even better would be a camo skinsuit though.
#1 and #3 look ok, but the rest are pretty bleugh
That camo kit is rigid bloke all over again!
Poler.
I like all but the camo
$400 though??
I thought it was Rigid Guy rebadged. The red, white and blue one looks like a walking, colour swatch. And pricing… wtf?! Are they better quality than Capoforma or Rapha?
red stripes is where it’s at!
Yea that stripy one is very cat in the hat…
And I haven’t even looked at the price…
Hmm prices are very steep!!
And brown… wTF
This is rigid bloke all over again…
The thing that kills them for me is 1. You can’t mix different size bibs/jerseys and 2. the garish big writing in the small of the back.
I’d actually probably wear all of them, but would only really part with my money for 4, 5, and 6.
I know the guy and he is pretty cool, if that helps your want to purchase.
I like.
$400 wow rapha is only $355
bargain!
Thanks Blakey, I will look in to this.
too late.
kit orders closed late november. skinsuits (or ‘superhero suits’ as they call them) are team/friends-only.
there are some kits coming over to australia, or so i hear.
Hi everyone,
Thought we’d jump in to clarify some points, answer some queries, etc.
Firstly, Attaquer was born from what we believed to be a clear lack of cycling kit in the market that WE wanted to wear. Eurocentric, block colours, saturation in the market, etc. led us to design a range that cyclists could wear and feel like an individual every time you stepped out on a bike. If you walk into a bar/restaurant and see 5 other guys wearing the same jeans and t-shirt how would you feel? Why is the post ride coffee stop any different?
In regards to our designs, we’re not afraid to be unique and we’re certainly not going to dull things down to sell to the masses. There are 8 designs in our first range and we’re already working hard on season 2. We don’t expect everyone to like every style but we hope we’ve got 1 or 2 (or even 7) in there to satisfy your tastes.
Not only is every design ‘different’, but every design is also limited in it’s production. When you purchase an Attaquer kit you can be sure you’re buying a small piece of individuality. We plan to turn our designs over frequently rather than having a summer and winter range drop, as per above, if you’re not sold on anything in the current range hold out a couple of months and we’ll have something fresh for you to check out.
Quality of our kits? Every kit from Attaquer is made in Italy from hi-tech Italian fabrics. The chamois’ we use are absolute premium. Our leg grippers are all laser cut with thermotape lining. Our jerseys are some of the lightest and most comfortable you are likely to wear. All jerseys have full length, hidden zips with custom Attaquer zip-pulls. The sublimation of the prints are the crispest we have ever seen. We strongly recommend you check out the quality of our kits… We’re certainly not selling on design alone.
For those in Melbourne, get into Northside Wheelers, chat to Malachi and check out our product. Sydneysiders, we’ll have a dealer in the coming weeks where you can see, try on and evaluate for yourself what you’re getting for that $389 price tag.
Did we also mention that we use only Australian up and coming street, fashion and graphic artists to design our kits? If supporting the Australian industry appeals to you then there’s another point. And yes, we pay all of them for each design too.
You would have seen our kit named ‘TEEM’, well here he is: teem collective
I hope we’ve answered some of your questions but if not, hit us up at the various contact points on our website, Facebook, etc.
Cheers.
Greg and Stevan
Attaquer
Why does that sound really similar to what the Rigid Bloke guy said?
