I cannot find any information on them. My understanding was that Suzue went out of business. Any ideas?

nice indeed. they appear to be very similar to the original superbe pro custom hubs (for which there were identical suzue branded hubs i believe). the originals had some kind hybrid bearing system which could apparently be replaced with a standard 6001 cartridge bearing:
Suntour undoubtedly took standard 6001’s and cut out the inner bearing race, then machined their own “cone” to make the system like a cup-cone system, but based around a cartridge bearing. You should appreciate how brilliant this is: this hybrid system has all the advantages of a cartridge system (easily replaced, much higher tolerances, very smooth) AND all the advantages of a cup-cone system (easily serviced, regreased, angular contact).

these are prob the exact same, just with the full cartridge bearing installed with corresponding axle.
