My first graphic design job out of Uni had to rip shit off.
they would bring in shirts theyd get from buying trips and say “rip this shit off”
so i’d rip it off and the shirts would go to:
Industrie
Jay Jays
Octane
M-One11
Just Jeans.
i hated it.
That sounds really sad.
Although my bosses were told to rip this off:
so when they finished it, they put it in the window because the customer was away for a week, and they sold two more from it!
Also our version was MUCH nicer, closer to the orginal.
Looked like an English enterpretation by some company called ‘davison highly’ or whatever.
