Masi madness…
I’ve ridden Masi’s for 2 years now… I rate the fixed Ltd, due to it’s Sugino set up.
The lasco set up on the entry fixed speciale is average… I replaced the chain ring with a 46t fixamatosis. The pedals need a look at, the bearngs died after a few rides…I am heavy on em though.
The rims aren’t velocities however the weinman’s survived a rear side swipe from an unlicensed taxi.
Over all I’m happy. if you can get a speciale fixed for $900 that’s good they go for $1100 normally.

saw one outside the napier on the way home, there’s something about them that seems weird…dunno the graphics seem over the top. any pics of older masis would be appreciated to see the difference
I ride a masi, the shamrock green 08 version, it was my entry into SS and has now been chopped and changed around so the frame is the only thing left from the initial buy (i lie the headset too) it’s done me well.
But i don’t really know how other things ride in comparisson. The geometry certainly isn’t track, it’s a softer chilled ride, the top tupe is compact and angled down toward the seat tube.
