I’m heading down unexpectedly to Melbourne and will have my 5yr old nephew along with scooter, skate board & bike. I’ll be staying close to the CBD and was looking for a (little) kid friendly skate park somewhere near the city. It doesn’t need to have small ramps as he loves the big stuff

Any skatepark is usually kid friendly, as long as it is the right time of day aka before it gets busy.

Riverside (Alexandra Gardens) Melbourne City
One park that always has kids at it when I’ve visited is Elwood, which is really fun. It has more of a family friendly vibe going on compared to other skateparks. It is also reasonably close to the beach if that interests you also, it is supposed to be hot this weekend I hear.

If you go in the morning you should be fine. Riverslide is a good one for kids. Elwood is very family friendly at any time of day.

Riverside is a good bet, particularly earlier in the day. Good range of tranny sizes and obstacles and everyone rides there (scoots, bikes, boards)
