so the current status of my wrist is fucked.
one broken wrist,
one fractured scaphoid bone,
two torn ligaments/tendons?
3 nights in hospital and probably more when i get all the gear out
several pieces of wire
3 casts, the current one up past my elbow
one incision across the back of my hand
two general anaesthetics and counting
and what have i learned? not a lot really. 
oh, wear a helmet… thats the one.

I’d say I was back getting a bike fit for a mtb enduro I had on Sunday by the time you crossed the line because while I was laying around in the sun for an hour at the end, I DIDN’t see you. . .
