You know you have to start clean shaven, right?
I have to start clean shaven, there’s no point in me doing it - as my facial hair grows at a glacial pace. I am coming on 10 weeks of not shaving atm, and a couple of my italian mates seem to get more growth in a day!
I look like the left picture now.
Alright I’m in this year… Signing up tonight… Who’s in?
I will sponsor $5 for everybody who signs up on this forum. My teen-age facial fluff is a poor excuse of an entry this year, but count me in next year
Considering getting involved this year. Just want to do a bit more research on how much of the $$$ goes to mens health funding etc…
Edit: may as well ask here. Anyone know how reputable this mob is? I did it a few years ago and seem to remember rumblings of not that much money making it towards actual men’s health issues. Hope I’m wrong, but just thought I’d check.
^ I believe (without any Googling) that they got into a bit of controversy a few years back as they weren’t being all that clear with where the money was going. I think that was mainly attributed to bad accountancy as opposed to AGM’s at tropical destinations. I believe that has all been rectified now.
From the Movember website: Movember Australia - About Movember
…because Today Tonight is the pinnacle of investigative journalism.
Yeh, I read the deets on the movember website, but they can say whatever they want. The bad-vibe rumours I recall may have been around that bad/opaque accounting, and I haven’t heard any other bad stuff in the last few years, so that might’ve been all it was.
Thanks for the follow-up. I’ve got 2 days to think about it.
I watched an episode recently where they told told you which of the family meal dels from the ‘BIG 4’ fast food restaurants constituted the best value for money.
McDonalds, Red Rooter, Hungry Jacks and Pizza Hut squared off…
It was established that given The Hut were offering all you can eat pizza with unlimited refills, that this was the place to go if you were in need of sustenance on a budget and were too much of a lazy ₪₪₪₪ to cook your family a proper nutritious meal.
Other highlights included an episode in which Tarax cola beat out big guns Pepsi and Coca-cola in a blind taste test. Absolute mindfuck.
^ Remember Schweppes Cola? That stuff rawked.
On a similar note, those stories that claim that the economically disadvantaged are at risk of bad health because they HAVE TO eat fast food because they’re poor. Such a fucking copout for lazy fucks. Heard of a stir-fry? Cheapest healthy/tasty dinner around. Also, pensioners eating dog food ffs.
But back to moustaches.
There is actually a theory [citation needed] regarding the lack of nutrients in fast food contributing to social repression… i.e less nutrients, cant be fucked cooking, get fat and lazy, eat more donuts, dont want to get a job, eat more fried chicken, smoke crack etc… Amazingly the most popular fast food restaurant in the US is not McDonalds, but Donut King… fucking DONUT KING! People go there for dinner… my christ.
AC cola or GTFO.

I am going to Rockit tonight for ‘the beckham’…

Mmmmmm… break me off a piece o’ dat!
Sadly, I dont have enough on top to manage the rest of the look, so its probably going to end up more of a bald pirate type affair.
hmmmmmm donuts …
Word. I always had a theory it was Schweppes Cola in disguise, but the forensic analysis came back inconclusive.
