I watched this last night. I love this big mountain, ride down hills and hang on type of stuff.
It is a couple years old, but still very much relevant.
My girlfriend ended up watching the last half because she loved the environment and filming.
She proclaimed it, ‘the greatest bike movie I’ve ever seen you watch’.

OMFG. Those guys are so cool. It is so mental what they do. One of them wasn’t even wearing gloves, just riding down a vertical cliff face. Next time someone chastises me for not wearing gloves while riding I will show them this.
It is amazing how something like that can change the way you ride. I imagine it would have been an intense concentration to choose the smoothest lines and make sure the braking was as minimal as possible to carry speed through the whole course.

Felt sorry for Ratboy’s Huck to Flat, ending in a dislocation and broken ankle.
Sam’s neck brace broke, but his neck didn’t, so that is a positive.
Lastly, but probably should have been firstly, Manon Carpenter’s Rainbow ride. She has had a great season.
Lucky Sam is all good. He was going well too.

Haha. Yep. Too much for me to take also. This kind of touching the Sublime shite is two-fingers-down-the-throat bad. Just freakin’ ride some cool trails in BC and Utah, do some sweet roosts and STFU!

pretty much everything Gordy said. Neko’s ride was amazing. Can’t believe Ratboy had that brain fart over the the bridge. Totally should have won… And Sam getting busted up in the rock garden. Sucks.
Seeing the Athertons jumping up and down while Josh was lying in agony at the base of the podium… Not so cool IMHO
