Have had 3 wolftooths in the last year. One with 1x9 non-clutched mtb, other two 1x10 with SLX clutched mechs. Never dropped a chain.
Wolftooth say to run a 10spd chain so I have run 10speed in all setups and they’ve worked perfectly.
Haven’t tried any other brands of NW ring but I think the prices work out similar, and wolftooth is definitely the cooler of all the brands making them. And they come in cool anodised colours.
