Aluminium foil is amazing. I usually spray a bit of WD40 or whatever I have handy to help it along. You should of seen the Tamari fork before I started on them.
I go the bi-carb and water with my Al-Foil. Found a pic of me with some of my Pushys loot.
Picked up some loot with some tax return funds. New front rack for the nature boy, a piece of flappy green plastic for the dually and a new rear light for commutering.
Also had to go buy groceries without the car for the first time in over 6 months because my gf’s on placement. Managed to fit a whole slab of tinnies between the seatpost bag and the frame bag. Cheering 
All I see is Glorious Beard.
