Yep, Open Corsa SC’s. I wouldn’t wholeheartedly advise them for a daily, unless you want a set of tyre’s that ride really, really fucking well and are happy to run the risk of them cutting up easier than most.
It’s kind of like taking drugs from a stranger at a party. You’re most likely going to have a really, really fucking good time, but there is also a solid chance that you’ll end the outing sitting in the gutter waiting for a friend to pick you up and drive you home.
Best comparison like ever and I may just try them one day. Just afraid of getting hooked from the first ride on and wanting more no matter the consequences.

Hey tom, was this the one for sale a while back that had heaps of clashing colours on it. Like maybe a yellow saddle or something? If so, I reckon it’s turned out reeeaaall nice.

Took it for the first ride post groupset change about 30 mins ago.
The new groupset kinda feels much the same as the old. I replaced a 2012 10sp centaur with 2015 athena 11sp. The small thumb levers have changed design and make it easier to shift while in the drops. In the hoods, it’s no better/worse than the old design. Shifting is positive but i’d expect that being new. Braking feels pretty much the same though I wasn’t really doing any hard braking.
It’s a late 1980’s colnago master. I’ve had it about 7 years now and bought it just as a frameset. Initially built it as a fixed conversion but came to my senses and built it up as it should be. The wheels are campag record hubs and mavic open pro rims, dt spokes. Cinelli bars, thomson post, san marco concor saddle
The paintwork is starting to bubble here and there so i’ll have to get that seen to at some stage.
been riding this again recently. haven’t changed anything, just figured some ppl may not have seen it. love how easily it just cruises along on the flat. same can’t be said for me, especially in the hills at the moment. thought I was gonna spew yesterday…
