The ‘colab’ process was blogged on Prolly. My forehead is sore from the amount I’ve had to hit it with my palm.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… 
The thing I don’t understand is that I swear when reading the first couple of blog entries, Prolly said the intent of the project was something about a commuter bike? And in the end it’s just another carbon wunderbike that no one can afford.
And don’t get me started on the fucking mind control thing…
I had a bit of an e-fight with him when they released the final post of the bike. In a way it’s a lot like the prius, they both claim to be one thing and are both far from it. Prius being one of the least ‘eco’ cars out n all.
There is nothing wrong with a few cables, and the batteries needed to make any of this crap work also makes the groupset heavy… This whole electronic gruppo movement is very apple-esk… It’s progress and tech advance for the sake of it not because we need it or it’s auctually better, lazier yes which goes against the core elements of cycling…
