resolutions.

The first. Thinking about selling a bike to make it happen. Would need to line up leave though. Its all day, 5 days a week. You keen to join? That might tip me over the edge

Oh wow

How much does it cost to do the course and keep the canoe too? Tuition plus material cost?

yeah, thats right, $3300.

The three weeks of leave is probably the show stopper…

If it’s too much you may have to bow out.

No need to take such a stern approach pinzo

^ Mast you always ruin my fun?

Damnit double mast joke

^ That’s a Paddlin’ droz

Helps to keep you on an even keel.

Okay, we’ve already had a double. Time to scuttle this one.

^ You mean drop the anchor?

I know what I mean.

this just tipped pete over the edge (and capsized him)

Dang, I go away for less than an hour and miss a pun thread.

You were lost at sea.

Broke one of mine already: having been sidelined through injury last year, plan was to make good use of the summer to get back to form and back into racing - managed to completely dislocate a knee though and tore my MCL … getting old is fukd

Geez mate take it easy. You going to be ok?

Yeah all good - just really frustrated about missing time on the bike, especially in the warmer months when there’s plenty of daylight. Swelling’s going down quicker than expected so recovery might track in a half reasonable manner

Tick. Got a state record F200 time too, bonus tick. See y’all in March.
