Can anyone recommend a location (preferably CBDish or south thereof) to have carbon frames scanned for cracks?

x-raying carbon is a scam.

There may be false prophets out there, but it is possible to perform NDE on carbon. Contrast wouldn’t be great with radiography, but you could find surface breaking fractures with dye penetrant and delamination/cracks with ultrasonic testing/eddy current.
Even so, the cost of testing will exceed the cost of the frame in most cases. If you’re that worried about prior damage, buy a new bike
