I have a WI 16T and a V!Z 18T, both buzz louder than Mckenny’s killah bee cross wheels.

Horatio, here is exactly what you need to get my old Record wheel setup as a sweet 130mm S/S:

AXLE-18: 174mm long, M10x26tpi. You already have cones & track nuts, grab 2x 5mm spacers and you’re set.
Wheels Manufacturing - Hub Axles

Call Abbotsford & Human Powered, I think they stock the Wheels Mfg parts, they may have one in stock.

(130mm spacing, 5mm dropouts x 2, 15mm track nuts x 2 = 170mm, that’s long enough right? How long is the current axle?)

Gettng back to the topic, ridden both freewheel on a track hub and a converted / spaced road wheel. Have to say I preferthe track hub better, had a lot of trouble with the quick release axle slipping on horizontal drop outs. Track nuts put an end to this problem
