I went in there for the first time today. Exxy is probably the only way to describe that place. They did have a nice De Rosa trackie and a Klein roadie on display though.
Yeh, they belong to the manager. He’s a nice guy, has a serious collection of old bikes, particularly early Australian track bikes. Also has a Colnago pursuit bike that I’m gonna sell him a 650c rim for. Likes to talk bikes too. But yeh, shop is expensive.

I’m probably gonna do a similar loop tomorrow at similar time, maybe some old Pitt town road or something to mix it up if you are kicking around?

The shop ride is okay, but the summer influx has made it a bit shit. Last week was terrible, muppets all over the place. Gonna not go for a while til the numbers ease off.

Live a few suburbs over and ride up there everyday -sometimes on another bike (black)- I was a bit earlier than usual today though.

Nice and simple do the job well! Just squeeze on with the freeload rack on front fork nice and snug. Ill keep my eyes open and say hi next time. Best time to ride Anzac bridge: 4 a.m imho.
