I always upload to GarminConnect & forget to upload to Strava - meh.
Knee has been holding up well for the few hills ive done so far.
It’s not the hills that hurt me, it was the pints of Vintage followed by the beeline to the Wheaty from the Scenic.
I blame boyracer for this
