-A custom steel CX bike, flat top tube and 1" front end, cool paint, just enough braze-ons for daylight gravel roading. Yet another one hoping to squirrel away some cash to send to Keith. Or a Swisscross.

I don’t have such a long list and I’ve owned/ridden a lot of bikes. I’d be happy with 3, 4 or maybe 5 bikes. If I was younger, racing/competing etc I’d prolly want more. Dream list? … can’t do it. Have done this too many times, and sold off bikes that I thought I’d never part with because I change, my tastes change, I get excited about something else.

Nah man, they might be fun in the cool streets of Japan but they would suck in A-town.
I did have plans for a 24" (ETRTO 520) mini tarck like Tarn’s Street Monkey. Lack of tyre choice killed it.
