I have the need to buy a SRAM bleed setup now. Any Ali Express recommendations?
Ryet saddle
Darevie leg warmers
Kocevlo bars and computer mount
YKYW bibs
I went for this saddle.
And pedal extenders
And wheels
Things I didn’t know existed but maybe useful???
I just stop to take a gel. I struggle to open them even when stopped. I’ll stick with jersey pocket and stopping.
Thanks for starting a new thread @jasonc I wouldn’t have known about YKYW knicks without the original thread and they’re by far the best I’ve ever had.
The “RT120” kit fit R9270
Considering they say for R8000, I reckon they would also fit R8100 series
Stone chainrings. I have them in 50/34 110bcd 12s. Shift as well as the Shimano 52/36 they replaced.
Bigrock CF chainset with Ti spindle. Happy with it in 172.5
Got a disc brake mount facing tool I found mentioned on Chinertown.
Will need one for my next gravel bike. Apparently they work well and much cheaper than conventional options.
And some look keo cleats
Saddle pack:
Quality seems good, boa adjustable, fits 700 x 28, 3 tyre levers and a multitool. About to buy 2 more to replace some aging packs.
Interesting article on Chinese cycling kit.
Good article thanks
. I have 15-20 pair of bibs I guess. Have never owned Rapha or Assos. Never been able to make myself spend that money. I do have Giordana and LeCol bibs. The 3 pair of $30- YKYW bibs I have are at least the match for them, chamois included. 5 hr rides in them no probs comfort wise. The ageing legs do struggle at times though.
I have 2 of those. so far so good
15-20 pairs? ![]()
I am a bower bird. Some are a decade old and could go ![]()
Sitting down on Sunday morning watching Insiders. Checked emails on this tablet. “AliEx - your package has been delivered”. Got a text message too.
Yep there it is in the letterbox. ![]()
(unauthorised purchase, so I just quietly wandered out and put it in the garage
)
12s MS 10-51 cassette
MS DTSwiss compatible freehub
K-edge chainguide.
Will go out and see if the eGR will clear that cassette on my bike and that the chain is long enough. Will be tight, but another poster on Chinertown has made it work. Ltwoo lists the groupo as clearing 10-50.
Meanwhile I have some tyres coming from Spain via BikeInn. Ordered several days earlier and listed as dispatched over 10 days ago. Who knows where it is. AustraliaPost is involved so that doesn’t help. ![]()
Interested to hear your comments on the after market freehub
I’ve seen a 3d printed tool to remove the end caps, but it was expensive
