Boring Confessions

I don’t care for AFL, but am considering watching the grand final tomorrow.

Bc: I’m up the coast and dads watching a shit movie so I’m entertaining myself with this thread

I change bidon cages on my bikes more than I change tyres.

I was a little sad when Adelaide lost.

Rediscovering my passion for graphic design

One of my boots squeaks when I walk around the office. I feel like Costanza swooshing all over the place.

Wear corduroy trousers tomorrow to drown it out…

Do you ever feel like you can never have everything going great all at the same time?

Usually something has to give, some of it maybe trivial, some of it not.

For example, everything is great at home with the family, kids love me, wife loves me, works going great, legs feeling fresh when riding, even into shitty headwinds.

But then i have an atrocious game at basketball, and then drop all of my lunch on the floor as soon as i pull it out of the microwave.

In the grand scheme of things, for sure id rather the former then the latter to be running great. But still, i was really looking forward to those left overs drenched in cheese.

I get a lot of bra ads come up when I’m on the net. I’m not sure what that says about my search history.

really

I like playing darts even though I kinda suck at it.

BC: I came second in both the darts and pool Wednesday night competitions at the Dargo Hotel after I bailed on the Hunt 1000 last year. As a person who didn’t go to pubs much until the last years, it was one of the best nights at a pub I’ve ever had.

I currently get a lot of ads for “vigara”, hair restoration products and seniors’ dating sites. And used rucksacks on gumtree.

Because we have a joint CC, any purchase my wife makes turns up on my feed as advertising.

You’d think they’d clue their bots into knowing when a purchase had been made and NOT advertise that item to the user.

I rode my wife’s bike to work this morning - long story, let’s just say logistics. It’s too small, got pink tyres (which are pretty old and have turned a kind of tuna colour) and a rear basket.

It was super fun. The 8 speed IGH rules.

I rode my wife’s bike recently. Was astonished at how comfortable her saddle was and now I kinda want one. One of the Selle Diva gel flows:

Just not sure I could live with the weird wormy butthole graphic.

Had two Short Stop donuts for lunch.
