Any reason why not flats?
I run GIRO Privateers as my commuter set, love em.
I like being clipped in, always have. I only run flats when riding the fat bike in the snow.
I had Privateers before the Bonts, and I also really liked them, and they were better for trail riding. The sole eventually wore out which was a bummer - grippy, but soft. I couldn’t source a pair to replace them.
I’m going to try the Shimano ME702. Pretty burly shoe, but since I’ve got XC shoes there’s less of a need for discipline overlap.
