My self and rhys ( with a number of other guys ) do a number of regular morning road rides around the eastern subburbs, royal national parks and akuna bay ( northern beaches )
Would be super ace if you came out for a few rides
If you need any workshop time I got a good setup that your more than welcome to use too
So I’ve got a bit of a problem. The lady’s bike came in and it’s too big for her. The seller mis-read the TT length, leaving her with two options. Her track bike or her single speed porteur.
We’re staying in Surry Hills, is that going to be an issue? She’s kinda freaking out…
Should she take the singlespeed or the track bike OR should we buy her a Specialized road bike or some shit?
There’s a few hills in Sydney, but unless she plans on doing some big rides a singlespeed will be fine. If hills are an issue, or you want to go a bit further afield, maybe gears are an option.
Alternatively, someone here might have a loaner geared bike. What size would she need?
I work there and would definitely recommend it. I would also suggest Single origin in Surry hills, Cafe Alchemy and Double Roasters in Marrickiville, and Mecca in the city if you’re looking for some amazing coffee. All four are roasters as well as cafes.
