Post your roadie

Well photographed apart from the biddons and steerer tube.

Picked up this custom built Shotton today from a friend who,s son rode it a few year ago now.
Frame was built by Dan Shotton of Bristol England who built frames from late 70’s to early 80 's. Mix of Campag ,Stronglight , carbon fork and dust at the moment but will replace with the original on the ground. Will post more pic’s as it progresses.

This is my first ever geared roadie, and the first bike I’ve owned that fits. This pic was on our maiden tour along the Great Ocean Road in December. That day the road was closed to cars between Skenes Creek and Lorne, it was 40kms of pure bike bliss.

Daisy’s no crotch rocket, but solid, strong and fun to ride.

now that all of you have posted them, you should consider racing them in this:

The carbon fork has no place on that build!!

I’ll be there, but on the SS pursuit.

My W.I.P. Shogun:

Thats how it looked unboxed from eBay a few months ago. Mix of 600 & 105 w/ campag wheels. It’s currently in pieces while I spruce up the components and decide what to do with the frame. Paint? Powder?

Whatever you do, just keep the Lemond TT bars on it. They’re the next big thing.

How did I miss this?!?! My ebay skills are slipping. I love it BTW.

This is boss, love the red hoods.

Sorry, bad phone shot of one of my Ken’s,

mckenny tell me more!

I heard that this bike has the magical ability to puncture tubes by focussing cosmic rays through its tubes.

pagani columbus SLX

really happy with it.

delta brakes!

New bitsa build thus far, Concorde Prelude ,columbus sl , Chorus groupo . CKT carbon wheelset, 3t stem, concor seat & swapping the campag seatpost tomorrow for a black American Classic , then it’s off to buy tubes, tape, cables and attach the levers and chain.

Sad to say this bike got snapped in half today (as well as the Garmin). No framesets in my size in the country for a while either. :frowning:
