Post your roadie

it’s a great ride, comfortable, predictable on the turns and super stiff when you put the power down. I tested a Scott Foil with di2 and it didn’t feel as responsive. The geometry on the BMC just works so well.

I can’t imagine what your new BMC feels like. Let me know when your upgrading :stuck_out_tongue:

Wow i’m not sure why you would want to upgrade from that Felt. I’m unsure what the new BMC’s are like to ride with but my old gen full-carbon is awesome. I don’t think i would change road bike manufacturer’s again.

I’m a blues fan, if that helps :stuck_out_tongue:

At first I didn’t like it at all. I thought it looked kinda ugly, and I really wanted an F series with conventional looking tubing but they were recalled due to a dodgy fork, so this always felt like it was my second choice.
Now that I’ve had it for two years it has grown on me significantly. Although it’s not very stiff and the geometry is kinda wack (semi-tri geo, forward offset seatpost FFS) it feels very fast on the flats and I enjoy riding it a lot. I guess not being too stiff contributes to it being comfortable to ride for seven or eight hours at a time.

Rod, I hear ya man. Pretty much come to the realisation that cos of my damn job and going away so much, I’ll never be competitive at riding bikes, and I’ll always be leaving good friends and good people behind. It sucks, but not sure what I can do about it right now.

Oh, and not that I care about Rugby League, but I will never be a Blues supporter.

This.

Not the best photo but this is my Roadie,

Lynskey Sportive - Nice and comfortable on my bad back
Super Record TI - Way overspeced for my needs but shifts nice
Fulcrums - Has to be red

Jst needs a red saddle and will be complete

drive side bro drive side!

nice though.

Your gonna fit back in just fine by the sounds

Had this for about two-and-a-half years now. Thought it was about time to get it up here…

I have fond memories of meeting Beaker Dave for the first time little over three years ago. His Oppy was basically new and Brendan took us round the burbs loop for the first time. It was a bit of a wake up call re. fitness at the time.

I have spent a lot of time looking at the above bike’s stays.

I like it.

Actually, you’re right, it’s three-and-a-half years, because I got it just before mini-Beaker there was born. Time flies when you’re changing nappies.

Yeh it was early 2010. I’d just started riding road bikes again after a couple years interlude. Good times.

Ain’t that the truth…

There are some good deals kicking around on C6s at the moment, if anyone is looking for a good deal.

Newest purchase and am liking it to the max!!

always liked the look of the oppys. maybe one day.

Nice, I came close to buying several different ones like this 18months ago on the 2nd hand market, kind of wish I did, but it’s all good.

Dat Felt. Dayum.

Does it come in big people size?

Dont mind me…I’m just bitter I’ll probably never get a bike below 7.5kg in my size without major wallet surgery.

Felt make nice bikes, pretty good value too, I looked at an ar5 last year but decided for something else.

Thinking about going a shorter stem lately.
