Biased owner here, but - Felt’s are excellent. They never break. Not euro or cool, and ridden by plenty of Fred’s in the US, but here they are something of a rarity and very good value. Mine was $5k with full sram red, and for the same money I could have got a Colnago with 105/Ultegra.
I kinda like it that they aren’t ‘cool’ or popular, I couldn’t deal with riding the same bike as 20 of the 30 guys I ride with (like a Giant)
Bought SteveZero’s tubs off him. My second set of FFWD wheels, but the first time I’ve ever ridden carbon tubs on the road. Took them for a sneaky 40km test ride today and they hold speed greatly. Interesting to see how the rim depth effects handling when you turn corners - a lot more understeer.
I dislike immensely how FFWD put their decals under clear coat, luckily in this instance it matches the rest of my duco.
^^ Tough as nails, really nice. Any chance they only do the clear over the top on the tubs to prevent any chance of the stickers coming off if glue remover gets on em? Just a thought

I know it’s not the latest & greatest, but holy shit, I fucking love this thing. I literally told it that I loved it today whilst descending. literally. but I was also cackling like a madman & yelling yeeeewwwwwwww a lot, so maybe I needed food.

was rad, never gets that steep, just 20 odd k’s of hill!! had a couple of food/photo stops & still made it up within 15mins of the climbing cyclist (which I assume would do alright, maybe he was being conservative, dunno).
totally worth it, descent was sweet.

Pretty self explanatory to what parts are on it from just reading.
Got the winter lemond as the training bike set up and cleaned today, and the specialized cleaned and ready for some nice carbon tubs to be permanently on.
If anyone wants to buy the Easton’s on the Specialized holler at me, they’ve been fully rebuilt by shifter and they’re the EA90SLX

Ha Jase c’mon mate we’re all guilty here of being accused by people of having too many bike but I think in your case they might have a case. Anyways are you selling the black cannondale or do you mean you wanna buy another one off gumtree? Either way your black one with campy?? Gives me a hard on.

Get some nice tubs on and sort out the frame (cutting some vinyl to take some of the flashy branding off the frame and black it out a little)

Too big for you me thinks. But it feels small compared to the way te sworks is set up.
Haha no way could I afford nor justify a sworks with DA new!! And if I could I wouldn’t buy a sworks, as much as its a killer weapon that blows me away I’d prefer a few other bikes.
