Cranky Franky? That was our local bike shop and dad had 2 frames made by the man himself. The last one was fire engine red and i thought it looked better than the merckx he replaced it with. But since frank also sold him that there was some agreement over which was superior.
User hpallett on here has 1 (and might have/had a second), if you do a search you should see a shot of it (and he had one for sale recently).

Van Werkhoven track frame - Reynolds 653, Suntour Superbe headset NJS FIXED GEAR | eBay
The frame was made on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, by Andrew Van Werkhoven, a notable 80’s Australian frame builder who was well known for his quality of work in both construction and finishing. The frame is 53cm square (top tube and seat tube) and has traditional track geometry, with tight clearances for 23c tyres. It was built using Reynolds 653 tubing, which was a mixed tubeset offered to Reynolds certified builders only, consisting of lightweight butted and heat-treated molybdenum tubing designed for performance.
