Having a proper sized garage is a significant part of my decision to move out of the city. This is the workshop corner. There’s also a bike storage corner, a climbing-wall corner, and TV/fridge and couch corner. No cars obviously - they can live outside.

I made a workbench. Still need to put up some ply for a tool wall behind it, and some overhead cabinets, a vice, etc… (ps. pls don’t look closely if you actually work with wood - I am no carpenter)
That’s great! My new bench has space underneath for a tool draw like that. I’d love to change to that setup. Great job
Painted legs and all, good work. Only trouble I’d find with the tool draw is wanting to pull up a stool for building wheels, working on small parts etc.
I generally build wheels in the lounge tbh
Thanks for the reminder! I still need to find a good garage stool (maybe two - a low one and a tall one).
I’m more likely to stand for working with things on the bench. But having one side with enough space to swing some knees under would be good if you do more detailed work on a stool.
nice one @Cafe_de_Keirin !
trying to also steal space in the garage…missus is fighting me for it…

With each passing day I stray further from ever parking a car in here…
thats better…

Finally had some time to start organizing a few things in the shed
Shot is of the back half, front half still needs to be sorted
Decent sized shed there Jase.
cheers mate!
not seeing any knipex plier wrenches or nepros ratchets, that’s a paddlin’
I can imagine this shed in the middle of a WA summer
Looks great though! Needs more Knipex/Nepros
What’s the steel jobbie on the bench, Jase?
TV for classic Tours and one day highlights? Or for instructional videos for every new ‘standard’?
It’s not a TV, just a reminder of which colour he should be using.
