ridiculous wasn’t it- that should have started them at timed intervals; like they did for la course last year for the women, though the first to start rode away from everyone & sailed to victory -the rest of the race was interesting as really sml bunches formed & thy had to work together to catch the next little bunch
There’s only one mountain stage left and it finishes at the bottom of the hill instead of the top. This seems to be a trend for the last few TDFs. I suppose its all driven by cost.
my only hope left is that G flats in the time trial, giving TommyD enough time to get over the top of him & take the tour; leaving SKy depondant -with roglic beating froomey also & pushing him off the podium

I was amused by G sitting up to give froome the TT win, only for froome to have missed it by a second. whoops!
