Man, Iām always too heavy handed with my shadows.
I prefer the darker one. Takes a sunny outing with kids into a foreboding ride through the Forest of Despair.

I was talking to my wife about this last night. She thought it was too gloomy and filled with dread, but thatās kinda what I was going for - the little kid fearlessly riding off into the dark forest.
But in the other one she has a pink cardigan on, so thereās that. I CAN"T DECIDE!
Colour. The trees are still fairly monochromatic and gloomy, but your eyes are drawn to the contrasting pink cardigan.
I also like that green moss on the trees.
I donāt remember Bertieās chin dimple being quite so prominent.
Also, was it always a wish of yours to meet him on your 12th birthday?
i donāt recall bertie being a grumpy mountain bike rider devoid of sensations.
