I went to visit Pete and bought a windscreen wiper and played on a huge playground thing and had a nice time
SJ: Made my first all grain beer on a new toy. Made some mistakes, made a mess, cut myself - but I had a really good day. I think I made some beer.
That Bluey didn’t rate a mention as a SJ is disappointing.
NSJ: Spending most of Sunday fitting full-coverage fenders to bike that was never intended to wear full-coverage fenders. There was drilling, tapping, cutting, p-clips on, p-clips off, p-clips on again, then p-clips off for good, dremel work, leftover cateye light clamps, some skateboard deck grip, cable ties, a Problem Solvers Fender Flute, and swears. Many, many swears.

SJ: turns out I put the wrong address on it but he sluethed it and got the parcel
What a rollercoaster
NSJ: bidon bottle cage bolt rattled out, cage swung and got caught into my crank
SJ: it happened 5 minutes into my ride where i was cruising, so was able remove and ride back home and get a replacement bolt.
SJ seeing this when clicking on a cycling tips link about an old gravel bike working just fine.
