SJ: AirBnB hosts refunded with no issues.
NSJ; girlfriends Melbourne trip for 31st is not gonna happen
SJ: airline tickets you can shuffle dates for without question
SJ: Found a made in USA Cannondale saddle bag amongst my things whilst organising the garage.
Almost like it’s Christmas or something.
SJ: Rode mountain bikes at Derby.
NSJ: Binned it on Air Ya Going, lost my water bottle and now waiting at A&E for an assessment.

Rest up, and hope it’s nothing serious.
I almost crashed riding in St Helens when my shoe/pedal clipped the uphill side of the benched trail while I was faffing with my helmet.

Thanks team. Managed to put a few small fractures in my hip, ribs and vertebrae along with a partial collapsed lung. Waiting to see if they need to operate on my hip and drain my lungs. Will be in hospital for a few days.
Could have been a lot worse, so that’s a SJ.

Amateur retrogrouch takes on a table top at way higher speed than his skill allows, lands on the back end of the ramp with his weight too far forward and gets spat out OTB and somersaults onto his back.
SJ: No surgery required, just time to let everything repair by itself.
Jeezus. That is a proper crash.
