With both our boys out for NYE I thought a quiet dinner somewhere small and local, a few drinks with umbrellas in and a nice stroll home by the bay might be just the thing for Mrs T and me, so I got us a dinner booking at the local Thai place people have been talking up. the Smile Buffalo.
NSJ: 3pm today get a text from restaurant saying closed and all bookings cancelled due to COVID exposure.
NNSJ: Quickly hatched plan B sees me on me bike down to local shops, to the fisho for a cray or something. Fisho completely cleaned out. .
SJ. Mrs C returns from other local shops triumphant with two bonzer looking steaks and some portobellos for the barbie and a bottle of blood orange gin. Huzzah! NYE saved!

NSJ: tried a different brand of paint, flat black turned out to be more of a satin black 
SJ: satin black isnt too bad.
SJ: project frame shopping and finding stuff close to budget, even if some have an Italian BB.
NSJ: having to do this because I just noticed the one I’m repainting has taken a front hit and has a kinked down tube.
One of the pages in my 128 page A4 spiral grid book is blank.
Might need to have a lie down.
