SJ: after years and years of not having Strava, I finally got it a few months ago. I find it nice to use now days as I donāt have anyone to ride with and itās a bit social. Anyway got my first top ten in a KOM today and my brain is flooding with dopamine and Iām considering doping to take the KOM.

For all intents and purposes, 100%. Occasionally Iāll get a reminder when I put my hip in an āextremeā position, but itās not painful. Funnily enough, throwing my leg over a bike is often when it pings.
Iāll be down in Tassie around Christmas, New Year - hope we can catch up.
