Put Jones Bars and a 50t cassette on my Kumo
Swapped the drop bars and hydro brakes onto the Surly
Proceeded the crack the hub on my Kumo on the way home from work. It’s done over 28,000km of lugging my ass and bikepacking gear over some pretty rough trails so I’m not too upset, except for the fact I was going to go riding on it this long weekend.
Time for one of those DT 350 hybrid hubs

Singled and fendered the Kona. Still need to add some shifterless levers and play with the gearing a bit.

Scored a 2009 Kona Kapu frame/fork/headset/post/1x cranks real cheap.
Gave it a quick polish and it will get a smattering of leftover bits that I’m too lazy to sell individually.
Shame it isn’t 2cm smaller.
