It was my red dog Chook. Like Dexter above, named after a street name, well the actual street name where she was born is “Hen and Chicken Lane” Between Bathurst and Blayney. This is how she helps me work at home…

Reminds me of our first family dog: Lorena the mad mutt

Got her when I was 4 when we moved to Braidwood.

She used to chase the car going at 60-80kph, she also used to follow dad when he was slashing on the tractor and she would spring metres into the air to catch the bugs flying about.
She was invincible, went under the tractor a few times, used to eat bees for fun, while they were stinging her in the face.

Seems like an appropriate thread to post this.
