Never understand why these ‘future of bikes’ concepts are always so awful. You don’t get this from people who design concept cars for the big manufacturers - do the industrial designers just assume “oh yeah, bikes are simple” and think it’ll be really easy bend conventional wisdom to their whims?
That said, I’m down with industrial design as a concept, any society that designed everything along form-follows-function lines exclusively would be pretty fucking grey and boring and featureless.
