Threw stuff out, packed stuff away, hung stuff from hooks. Now to try and keep it somewhat neat (Jokes!) Next step is a wall of milk crates to replace the wooden crates/plastic crates/drawers for more regular and accessible parts/tyres storage/access.
Would like to put up some other hooks etc, but the mortar is made of cheese and the bricks are made from diamond, so putting in dynabolts is impossible.
Started work on the garage in the new house this weekend just gone. Got most of it done, it;s just still full of old carpet/underlay, doors etc from the rest of the reno’s.
Here’s a pic of the bikes hanging. Not the best hangers or best way to hang bikes, but I still need to get my GTI parked inside.
I’m not super impressed with them, probably would have preferred to spend the extra hungy and gotten something a bit more sturdy. The smaller the bike the further from the wall it sits! am going to make some changes to them so I can tuck the bottom legs in further.
Meh - not bike cavey at all, just a room for bragging about your collection. Give me a place to sit on milk crates, a cold one and tinker like I know what I am doing any day.
EDIT - oh wow, just clicked on the link Blakey pointed on. Carry on being a legend.
