Probably not, but I’ll make do. It’s no smaller than now, really, but does have the somewhat added bonus of being more contained via walls than current open garage with marked parking spaces only arrangement where we are.
SJ: settled on the house and 11.5 acres in Gembrook just over a week ago.
Already ripped up carpets and knocked out some plaster.
